• Your phone number (optional, for support)
• Billing information (processed securely by our payment partners — we never store full card details)
• Business data you upload: client lists, team details, invoices, inventory, and operational information

We only access your business data to provide the service, fix issues, or when you ask us to help.

2. Information We Automatically Collect

How you use Orchestrate.

We collect usage data to improve the product:

• Log data (IP address, browser type, device information)
• Feature usage (which parts of Orchestrate you use most)
• Performance data (load times, error reports)

We never sell this data. We never will.

3. How We Use Your Information

To run the service you paid for.

• To provide, maintain, and improve Orchestrate
• To send you service updates and security alerts
• To respond to your support requests
• To calculate usage for billing
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not use your business data for marketing. We do not train AI on your information.

4. Sharing Your Information

We don't sell your data. Period.

We share your information only in these limited cases:

• Service providers — We use trusted third parties for hosting, payment processing, and email delivery. They are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Legal requirements — If required by law or to protect our rights, we may disclose information.
• Business transfers — If Orchestrate is ever acquired, your data will transfer with clear notice to you.
