These Terms govern your use of Orchestrate. By using our service, you agree to them.

1. Who Can Use Orchestrate
Eligibility.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.
By using Orchestrate, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Your Account
You control your account.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Keep your password secure — do not share it
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- You may cancel your account at any time in billing settings
3. Payment
Fair and transparent.
- Pricing is listed on our Pricing page
- You will be charged in advance for your subscription period
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
- Taxes are your responsibility unless exempt
4. Your Data
You own it. We protect it.
- You retain full ownership of all business data you upload
- You grant Orchestrate a limited license to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the service
- We will never sell your data
- You are responsible for the legality of data you upload
5. Acceptable Use
Don't break things.
You may not:
- Use Orchestrate for illegal activities
- Attempt to bypass our security measures
- Reverse engineer or copy our software
- Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Exceed reasonable usage limits (we'll notify you first)
Violation may result in immediate termination.
6. Cancellation and Termination
You can leave anytime.
By you: Cancel in billing settings. You can export your data for 90 days after cancellation.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment
- Extended inactivity (12+ months with no login)
We will notify you before termination when possible.
7. Service Level
We work hard for you.
- We strive for 99.9% uptime (excluding planned maintenance)
- Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance
- We provide support weekdays 9am–6pm WAT
The service is provided "as is" — but we genuinely care about making it excellent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fair and legal.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Orchestrate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months
- We are not responsible for business decisions you make using our tools
This does not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or where prohibited by law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after 30 days means you accept the changes.
